1. User Representations

By using the app, you represent and warrant that:

  • You meet the age requirements (at least 13 years of age).
  • You will not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You are responsible for the content you choose to save in the app.
  • You understand the app has no account system — all data lives only on your device.

2. User Content & Data

You retain full ownership of all notes, data, and text you save in MindStore. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content, and we never see it — it stays on your device and is never uploaded to us.

3. Prohibited Activities

As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

Systematically retrieve data to compile a database.
Make unauthorized use of the Site.
Circumvent security-related features.
Upload viruses or malicious code.
Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten employees.
Use the Service for illegal acts.
